John Swanson is currently in his eighth year with TIE. Prior to joining TIE, John served as Curriculum Director for the Belle Fourche Schools and taught for the West Central School District. His professional interests include the history of schooling, the use of dialogue to promote learning, and the influence of pop culture on public education. For fun John likes watching baseball and perfecting his slice on area golf courses. (more about me)
